I haven't bothered with actual HTML coding this century, but back when Jesus signed my high school year book ("Stay Classy! [next to the number '420' written inside some kind of leaf]— JC"), it didn't really matter what order you closed adjacent non-table, non-list tags as long as they were adjacent and you didn't put shit between them.
